Usage: To prevent acne, Brahmi powder mix with turmeric powder and neem or thriphala. Add some rosewater and make a paste. Apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with plain water.
For Hair: Brahmi with Bringaraj powder for hair growth/ or with hibiscus powder prevents premature greying. Mix with suitable medium like Thriphala decoction or water.
For internal use: Brahmi powder with milk for improving brain functions.
