Amla Powder (Nellikka Podi)

Description

Usage:

Internal use: Mix a table spoon of Amla powder in a glass of water. Boil and strain it. Drink it on empty stomach.

External use: For face mix Amla powder with yoghurt and honey to make a paste. Apply over the face and leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off. For hair, can be mixed along with henna powder or mix one tablespoon of Amla powder with water make a paste and apply all over the hair. You can add Shikakai powder, yogurt to it as per your choice.
